Amy Sandhu - Owner/ Head Trainer
Hunter/Jumper
 

Amy Sandhu has been riding and showing for over 20 years. Amy grew up outside of Chicago where she focused most of her time in the hunter, jumper and equitation rings where she competed with her first horse an appendix and her second horse an off the track thoroughbred who was retrained as a hunter. Amy has also shown western pleasure and competed in contesting. Amy attended the University of Kentucky where she obtained a BS in Animal Sciences with an Equine Emphasis.  Amy continued riding and showing throughout college where she rode on the UK equestrian team. 
Since graduating college in Spring 2010, Amy moved to Indianapolis, got married and began her career in the horse industry. She began by teaching riding lessons and then moved on to manage an eventing boarding and training facility before becoming the head trainer and barn manager here at White Brook Farm. She recently bought her own riding facility and moved White Brook Farm. She currently owns three off the track thoroughbreds, and a young warmblood gelding.
